POLDA DIY menggelar konferensi pers pengungkapan kasus tindak pidana siber melanggar kesusilaan pelaku pornografi online eksibionis siskaee_*, di Gedung Anton Soedjarwo, Selasa (7/12).
Turut hadir dalam konferensi pers tersebut, yaitu Wakapolda DIY Brigjen Pol R Slamet Santoso, Kabid Humas Polda DIY Kombes Pol Yuliyanto, Dirreskrimsus Polda DIY AKBP Roberto Gomgom Manorang Pasaribu, dan Kapolres Kulon Progo AKBP Muharomah Fajarini.
Seperti diketahui, beberapa hari terakhir banyak tersebar video tidak senonoh yang dilakukan di Bandara YIA di media sosial. Pelaku FCN, 23, secara sengaja membuat video dan mengunggahnya di Twitter dengan durasi 1 menit 23 detik.
“Saat itu tersangka pergi ke Bandara YIA seorang diri dengan menggunakan sebuah mobil. Kejadian tersebut dibuat tersangka pada 18 Juli 2021 dan diunggah tersangka di akun media sosial Twitter-nya,” jelas Dirreskrimsus Polda DIY AKBP Roberto Gomgom Manorang Pasaribu.
Lebih lanjut, ia mengungkapkan bahwa tersangka mengambil video tersebut menggunakan hp miliknya.
“Tersangka sudah melakukan kegiatan tersebut dan mem-posting foto atau video pornografi sejak 2017 sampai saat ini,” imbuhnya.
Terdapat 7 situs yang digunakan pelaku untuk menggunggah kontennya. Di antara situs tersebut, ada yang sudah diblokir dan ada pula yang masih bisa diakses. Rata-rata penghasilan tersangka yang didapatkan dari konten yang telah diunggah sebesar Rp15 juta-Rp20 juta.
Sementara itu, motif tersangka ialah memenuhi kepuasan seksual dan mendapatkan penghasilan. Selama ini ada 3 daerah yang sering tersangka gunakan untuk pengambilan rekaman video atau foto, yaitu Yogyakarta, Jakarta, dan Bali.
“Ada sekitar 2.000-an file video dan 3.700-an file foto yang tersimpan di handphone tersangka (dengan ukuran sekitar 150 GB) dan terdapat sekitar 600 GB data file foto maupun video yang tersimpan di hardisk-nya,” beber Dirreskrimsus Polda DIY.
Dari kasus tersebut, Polda DIY berhasil mengamankan barang bukti, yakni kamera, laptop, handphone, tripod, blazer, rok hitam, dan kacamata yang dikenakan pelaku saat melancarkan aksinya.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat Undang-Undang ITE dan Pornografi.
“Pelaku dijerat Pasal 29 Jo. Pasal 4 ayat (1) dan/atau Pasal 30 Jo. Pasal 4 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi serta Pasal 45 ayat (1) Jo pasal 27 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Kabid Humas Polda DIY Kombes Pol Yuliyanto menuturkan bahwasanya selama proses penyelidikan, tersangka selalu didampingi perempuan.
“Kami tetap menghormati seorang perempuan. Maka dari awal penangkapan, penyelidikan selalu didampingi perempuan, bahkan pengacara tersangka adalah perempuan,” tuturnya. (RLS/J1)
