Survei Perbankan Triwulan IV 2021, Pertumbuhan Kredit Baru Terindikasi Meningkat

SURVEI Perbankan Bank Indonesia mengindikasikan secara triwulanan (qtq) pertumbuhan kredit baru pada triwulan IV 2021 meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya.

Hal tersebut tecermin dari nilai Saldo Bersih Tertimbang (SBT) permintaan kredit baru sebesar 87,0%, lebih tinggi dari SBT 20,9% pada triwulan sebelumnya.

Pertumbuhan penyaluran kredit baru terindikasi terjadi pada seluruh jenis penggunaan, tecermin dari nilai SBT yang tercatat positif. Pada triwulan I 2022, pertumbuhan kredit baru diprakirakan melambat, terindikasi dari SBT prakiraan penyaluran kredit baru sebesar 52,0%.

Standar penyaluran kredit pada triwulan I 2022 diprakirakan sedikit lebih ketat jika dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya. Hal itu terindikasi dari Indeks Lending Standard (ILS) sebesar 3,4%, lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan 2,6% pada triwulan sebelumnya. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi perkiraan peningkatan suku bunga kredit yang dilakukan sebagian bank.

Hasil survei menunjukkan responden tetap optimis terhadap pertumbuhan kredit ke depan. Responden memprakirakan pertumbuhan kredit pada 2022 sebesar 8,7% atau meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan 2021 sebesar 5,2%. Optimisme tersebut, antara lain didorong kondisi moneter dan ekonomi, serta relatif terjaganya risiko penyaluran kredit. (RLS/J1)
