Sungai Krueng Tripa Meluap, 2.857 KK Terdampak Banjir di Kabupaten Nagan Raya
Fenomena gerakan tanah yang berdampak pada rumah warga di Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Rabu (22/12). (Sumber: BPBD Kabupaten Bogor)

BANJIR melanda Kabupaten Nagan Raya, Provinsi Aceh, setelah hujan lebat mengguyur sehingga debit air Sungai Krueng Tripa meluap. Peristiwa ini terjadi pada Selasa dini hari (21/12), pukul 03.00 WIB. Saat banjir berlangsung, tinggi muka air sekitar 30 cm–70 cm.

Dari pantauan BPBD Kabupaten Nagan Raya, banjir berangsur surut pada Rabu malam (22/12), sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB. Genangan berangsur surut sekitar 30 cm. Banjir ini berdampak pada 2.857 KK atau 5.093 jiwa pada sejumlah gampong atau desa di 2 kecamatan. Tidak ada laporan korban jiwa atau luka-luka pada kejadian tersebut.

Gampong yang terdampak, yaitu Ujong Kami, Kuta Trieng, Lami, Alue Kuyun, Sumber Makmur, Simpang Deli Gamping dan Kuala Seumayam di Kecamatan Darul Makmur. Sementara itu, di Kecamatan Tripa Makmur, gampong terdampak, yaitu di Panten Pagee, Ujong Krueng, Mon Dua, Neubok Yee PP, Neubok Yee PK, Pasie Keubeu Dom, Kabu, Lueng Kebe Jagat, Babah Lueng, Kaula Tripa, dan Drin Tujoh.

Data terdampak sementara menyebutkan rumah dan fasilitas terendam, yakni rumah 2.856 unit, sekolah 2 unit, dan pustu 1 unit. Sementara itu, untuk aset warga, terpantau beberapa hektare sawah turut terendam banjir. Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) setempat mengidentifikasi rumah rusak berat 1 unit.

“BPBD bersama TNI, Polri, organisasi perangkat daerah terkait, aparat desa dan kecamatan, serta warga bersiaga apabila ada warga yang membutuhkan evakuasi ke tempat aman,” kata Plt Kepala Pusat Data, Informasi, dan Komunikasi Kebencanaan BNPB Abdul Muhari.

Gerakan Tanah Wilayah Kabupaten Bogor

Sementara itu, fenomena gerakan tanah terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Sebanyak 2 rumah warga mengalami kerusakan dengan kategori rusak sedang dan 5 lainnya terisolir. Kejadian tersebut juga mengakibatkan 2 akses di lingkungan desa terdampak mengalami kerusakan karena pergeseran tanah.

Wilayah terdampak berada di Desa Pangradin, Kecamatan Jasinga. Dari data BPBD Kabupaten Bogor pada Kamis (23/12), 3 KK atau 26 jiwa terdampak.

Kejadian yang terjadi pada Rabu pagi (22/12), pukul 09.30 WIB, dipicu hujan dengan intensitas tinggi dan kondisi tanah labil.

“BPBD telah berada di lokasi dan memberikan bantuan logistik makanan kepada keluarga terdampak. Di samping itu, pihaknya juga melakukan kaji cepat maupun analisis di lapangan sehingga dampak potensi gerakan tanah dapat dihindari,” ujarnya.

Berdasarkan analisis Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana Geologi (PVMBG), Kecamatan Jasinga termasuk wilayah dengan potensi bahaya pergerakan tanah kategori menengah hingga tinggi. Demikian juga analisis InaRISK, Kabupaten Bogor memiliki 33 wilayah kecamatan yang potensi bahaya tanah longsor dengan kategori tersebut, termasuk Kecamatan Jasinga.

Dalam menyikapi tingginya potensi bahaya hidrometeorologi, BNPB mengimbau pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan kewaspadaan, khususnya menghadapi puncak musim hujan pada Januari hingga Februari 2022.

“Masyarakat dapat melihat potensi bahaya maupun risiko di wilayah dengan mengakses InaRISK ataupun sistem informasi resmi lain, seperti PVMBG, BMKG, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, atau BPBD,” pungkasnya. (RLS/J1)
