Saat ini tim Penilai sedang melakukan penilaian aset berupa 2 bidang tanah seluas 848 meter persegi berikut bangunan di atasnya yang terletak di Jalan Pilar, Kompleks Perumahan Delta Kedoya Kav No G1 dan G12, Kelurahan Kedoya Selatan, Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
“Perkiraan awal nilai aset yang disita adalah sebesar kurang lebih Rp13 miliar. Penyitaan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya penyelesaian hak tagih negara dana BLBI yang berasal dari obligor Penyelesaian Kewajiban Pemegang Saham (PKPS) Bank Metropolitan Raya dan PKPS Bank Bahari sebesar Rp524.562.500.000.00,” kata Direktur Hukum dan Hubungan Masyarakat DJKN Kementerian Keuangan, Tri Wahyuningsih Retno Mulyani melalui siaran pers, Jumat (28/1).
Dilansir dari situs Kementerian Keuangan, Tri menambahkan jaminan obligor Santoso Sumali yang telah dilakukan penyitaan akan dilanjutkan proses pengurusannya melalui mekanisme PUPN, yaitu dilaksanakan penjualan secara terbuka (lelang) dan/atau penyelesaian lainnya. Tri menegaskan bahwa Satgas BLBI akan terus melakukan upaya berkelanjutan untuk memastikan pengembalian hak tagih negara.
