PPNS Sita Rumah Pelaku Tindak Pidana Perpajakan

TIM Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PPNS) Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Kanwil DJP) Jawa Barat III menyita rumah milik penanggung jawab wajib pajak PT AMB dengan inisial HP di Cimenteng Muka, Cianjur, Selasa (16/11). HP terbukti melakukan tindak pidana perpajakan dengan modus penerbitan faktur pajak fiktif.

“HP melalui PT AMB selama kurun waktu Desember 2019 sampai dengan September 2020 menerbitkan faktur pajak tidak berdasarkan transaksi sebenarnya (TBTS). Jumlah kerugian negara sebesar Rp10.224.721.806,” terang Kepala Bidang Pemeriksaan, Penagihan, Intelijen, dan Penyidikan Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat III Budi Suroso.

Kewenangan PPNS melakukan penyidikan dan penyitaan terhadap harta milik HP dilandasi dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan. Selain harta berupa rumah, penyidik juga telah melakukan pemblokiran rekening-rekening milik tersangka dan menyita aset bergerak lain miliknya.

HP terbukti telah melanggar ketentuan dalam Pasal 44 Undang-Undang No 6 Tahun 1983 tentang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan (KUP) sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan.

Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat III Muhammad Ismiransyah M Zain menyampaikan kepada masyarakat agar memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan sesuai dengan ketentuan.

“Jangan pernah tergiur tawaran oknum untuk menggunakan faktur pajak fiktif,” tegas Ismiransyah. (RLS/J1)
