POLRES Metro Jakarta Pusat (Polrestro Jakpus) menyegel beberapa kantor ormas Pemuda Pancasila dan Forum Betawi Rempug (FBR) di Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Tiga bidang tanah di Jakarta Pusat dikuasai ormas PP dan FBR tanpa hak dan melanggar hukum.
Wakapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat AKBP Setyo Koes Heriyatno mengatakan awal penyegelan berdasarkan laporan dari LMAN selaku pengelola aset negara yang melaporkan eks BPPN terkait dengan kasus BLBI dikuasai PP.
“Melakukan negosiasi sebanyak 2 kali tidak menemukan jalan. Kemudian, Polrestro Jakpus dibantu 3 pilar mengamankan bangunan tersebut dan sudah disegel dengan police line,” urai Setyo di Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Senin (13/12).
Ia menambahkan 2 bidang tanah selanjutnya laporan PT Oceania pemilik HGB Blok B2 B3 masing-masing 12 ribu meter persegi dan 13 ribu meter persegi oleh FBR didirikan lapangan futsal, badminton, dan petak kios semipermanen yang tujuannya disewakan.
Saat menindak, ditemukan 1 petak kios disewakan tarif Rp3 juta per tahun, tapi masih didalami.
“Persangkaan Pasal 385 Junto 167 KUHP dan untuk Kantor PP kita kenakan Pasal 167 KUHP,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat Kompol Wisnu Wardhana mengatakan, saat penyegelan berlangsung, ormas yang bersangkutan tidak melakukan perlawanan.
“Ruko yang akan kita sita dari PP bekerja sama dengan Polrestro Jakpus dengan 3 pilar upaya pemasangan pelang dan police line. Dari ormas PP, tidak melakukan perlawanan karena telah berkoordinasi dengan 3 pilar. Ruko tersebut tersegel dan di-police line,” tutur Wisnu. (RLS/J1)
