POLRES Metro Depok mendalami kasus retweet unggahan yang dilakukan akun Twitter Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Depok untuk mencari polisi yang menembak Laskar FPI.
Unggahan tersebut awalnya diunggah akun Twitter @mca_62, yang mana berisi ajakan mencari keluarga polisi penembak Laskar FPI di Tol Cikampek KM 50.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Depok AKBP Yogen Heroes Baruno mengatakan sudah berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi (Diskominfo) Kota Depok.
Selanjutnya, kata dia, pihaknya memanggil admin akun tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil keterangan sementara, Diskominfo mengaku akun resmi Twitter Pemkot Depok diduga diretas.
“Makanya, kita akan panggil adminnya apakah ada unsur kesengajaan atau bagaimana,” ujar AKBP Yogen saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (11/1).
Jika terbukti ada unsur kesengajaan, lanjut AKBP Yogen, admin akun tersebut dapat dijerat dengan UU ITE. Sejauh ini, pihaknya baru mengamankan barang bukti berupa tangkapan layar dari unggahan tersebut.
Kemudian, polisi akan meminta keterangan saksi-saksi jika sudah masuk tahap penyidikan. Pemanggilan itu lantaran informasi yang di-retweet akun Pemkot Depok masuk kategori meresahkan.
“Sudah ada pembelaan dari Diskominfo kalau itu diretas, tapi kan harus kita dalami. Ini laporannya model A temuan polisi,” ucapnya. (RLS/J1)
