JAJARAN Sat Resnarkoba Polres Metro Bekasi Kota menggagalkan peredaran narkotika jenis ganja sebanyak 31 kilogram di wilayah Jatibening, Kota Bekasi. Dalam pengungkapan kasus ini, polisi menangkap 3 orang tersangka.
“Dari kejahatan ini, jadi telah berhasil menangkap dan mempersangkakan para pelaku sebanyak 3 orang, yaitu NH alias T, BN, AL, laki laki semua,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan dalam konferensi pers di Mapolrestro Bekasi Kota, Rabu (2/2).
Kombes Zulpan menjelaskan pengungkapan kasus tersebut berawal dari adanya informasi terkait dengan transaksi narkoba di wilayah Jatibening, Kota Bekasi, oleh tersangka NH. Kemudian, pada Kamis (27/1), polisi melakukan pembelian terselubung (undercover buy) yang dilakukan terhadap NH.
“Namun, dialihkan (oleh tersangka) ke wilayah Parung Bogor dengan cara ada uang ada barang. Selanjutnya, informan menyanggupi. Kemudian, informan dan anggota Subdit meluncur sesuai dengan petunjuk pelaku,” katanya.
Saat itu, NH dan informan melakukan transaksi dan didapatkan sebanyak 1 kilogram barang bukti jenis ganja. Polisi pun langsung membekuk dan melakukan interogasi terhadap NH di lokasi.
“Kemudian, dilakukan interogasi singkat terhadap pelaku dan didapatkan informasi bahwa di tempat tinggal pelaku masih ada barang bukti lainnya,” ungkapnya.
Dari hasil penggeledahan, polisi berhasil mengamankan 24 bungkus berlakban cokelat dengan berat satu bungkusnya 1 kilogram dan 14 bungkus berlakban cokelat dengan berat satu bungkusnya setengah kilogram. Barang tersebut diduga merupakan narkotika golongan I jenis tanaman ganja.
Polisi pun melakukan pengembangan dan didapatkan bahwa NH merupakan orang suruhan dari AL untuk mengedarkan ganja.
Sementara itu, barang AL didapat dari DN yang dikirim dari Medan, Sumatra Utara (Sumut).
Kombes Zulpan mengatakan ganja ini berasal dari Medan, Sumatra Utara. Para pelaku menggunakan jalur darat membawa barang haram ini untuk diedarkan.
“Ganja ini berasal dari Sumut atau Medan dibawa pakai mobil melalui jalan darat. Lalu, dibawa ke TKP penangkapan,” jelasnya.
“Tersangka disangkakakan dalam Pasal 114 ayat (2) sub Pasal 112 ayat (2) UU RI No 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan tersangka diancam dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan paling lama 12 tahun serta pidana denda paling sedikit Rp800 juta dan paling banyak Rp8 miliar,” terangnya.
