POLISI mengamankan pria berinisial DFR, 22, di wilayah Setu, Kota Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel), yang merupakan pelaku penculikan anak perempuan inisial A, 12. Korban berhasil kabur dengan melompat dari sepeda motor pelaku.
Kapolres Tangerang Selatan AKBP Sarly Sollu mengatakan penangkapan itu berdasarkan laporan orang tua korban. Dia menyebut, selain diculik, pelaku juga diduga sempat mencabuli korban.
“Orang tua melaporkan ke pihak Polres Tangsel hingga kita dengan cepat melakukan penangkapan. Pada Kamis malam (13/1), kita sudah menangkap pelaku DFR (22 tahun),” ungkap AKBP Sarly kepada wartawan di Mapolres Tangerang Selatan, Jumat (14/1).
Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, lanjut AKBP Sarly, pelaku mengaku memiliki ketertarikan terhadap korban. DRF membawa A saat tengah bermain.
“Motifnya ketertarikan pelaku terhadap korban yang sedang bermain sehingga muncul niat untuk percobaan pencabulan,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, AKBP Sarly memastikan pelaku melancarkan aksi tersebut dengan merayu agar korban mau mengikuti keinginannya. Polisi juga tidak menemukan unsur pengancaman dengan senjata tajam.
“Namun, polisi tidak menemukan adanya senjata tajam ataupun benda-benda lain yang akan digunakan untuk pengancaman. Dari pengakuan korban, belum ada ancaman, cuma diawali oleh rayuan-rayuan untuk mengikuti,” katanya.
Selain menangkap pelaku penculikan, polisi juga mengamankan barang bukti berupa rekaman CCTV di TKP, 1 sepeda motor, serta kaus dan celana yang digunakan pelaku.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku akan dikenai dengan pasal berlapis, di antaranya Pasal 83 dan 82 UU Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Pasal 332 KUHP. (RLS/J1)
