PETUGAS Subdit Tipid Siber Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya menangkap 2 kurir ojek online (ojol) yang membawa kabur MacBook senilai Rp67 juta milik Untung Store. Dari kasus ini, polisi mengungkap adanya praktik jual beli akun driver ojek online.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol E Zulpan menjelaskan pihaknya menangkap 2 pelaku terkait dengan penggelapan MacBook senilai Rp67 juta tersebut. Keduanya ialah tersangka RF, 25, dan HS, 39.
“Tersangka RF dan HS. Mereka ini adalah teman saling mengenal dan juga sudah beberapa kali melakukan kejahatan,” ujar Kombes Zulpan dalam jumpa pers di Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Rabu (24/11).
Adapun pelaku RF ialah kurir ojol yang menggelapkan MacBook Pro senilai Rp67 juta milik korban. Sementara itu, tersangka HS ialah pembuat akun ojol palsu yang kemudian digunakan tersangka RF untuk melakukan kejahatan.
“Kerja sama dengan modus tersangka HS minta bantuan ke tersangka RF untuk dicarikan akun driver ojol yang dijual pemiliknya. Setelah tersangka RF beli akun driver ojol, tersangka RF mendapatkan SIM card yang terdaftar pada akun driver ojol tersebut,” jelasnya.
Namun, jika tidak mendapatkan nomor ponsel bekas pemilik asli, pelaku menggunakan nomor ponselnya. Nomor ponsel itu digunakan untuk menerima pesanan.
“Setelah mendapatkan orderan, tersangka tidak mengirimkan barang, seperti HP dan laptop, kepada yang seharusnya, tetapi barang tersebut digelapkan,” tuturnya.
Untuk diketahui, kasus ini berawal ketika Untung Putro melapor ke Polda Metro Jaya terkait dengan penggelapan MacBook senilai Rp67 juta tersebut. Penggelapan MacBook itu dilakukan oknum kurir ojol.
“Ternyata ada 15 orang yang pernah jadi korban juga. Jadi, orang ini residivislah, sindikatlah. Dia modusnya jual-beli akun ojek online,” kata Untung saat dihubungi, Minggu (21/11).
Dia mengatakan pelaku kerap menggonta-ganti akunnya saat melakukan aksi tersebut. Kelima belas barang pesanan korban yang dibawa kabur memiliki nilai jual yang bervariasi.
“Yang terlapor sampai sekarang sudah 15 kali dengan orang yang sama dan nilainya fantastis. Pasti di atas Rp10 juta. Ada yang Rp23 juta, Rp28 juta, Rp40 juta. Saya mungkin salah satu yang paling gede ya Rp67 juta di satu transaksi,” jelasnya.
Kemudian, Untung menyebut pelaku menggunakan KTP palsu untuk mendaftarkan diri sebagai kurir ojek online.
“Jadi, akun palsu, KTP palsu. Kalau nama di KTP, Hendri Usman. Cuma saya yakin, itu dia jual akun juga jadi KTP palsu karena kami dapat foto KTP. Kami kirim tim ke alamat di KTP juga enggak ada orang tersebut,” ungkap Untung. (RLS/J1)
