Penipu Wanita dengan Modus Paket Minyak Goreng Murah di Tangerang Ditangkap Polsek Jatiuwung

PETUGAS Polsek Jatiuwung Polres Metro Tangerang Kota menangkap wanita inisial RF terkait dengan penipuan paket minyak goreng murah di Jatiuwung, Tangerang. RF kini telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan resmi ditahan polisi.

“Saat ini RF sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan dilakukan penahanan di Polres Metro Tangerang Kota,” ujar Kanit Reskrim Polsek Jatiuwung AKP Kuswadi saat dihubungi, Senin (20/12).

Kepada polisi, RF mengaku telah melakukan penipuan dan penggelapan uang dari para korban. RF juga mengatakan uang para korban telah habis.

“Sementara tidak ada lagi (uangnya). Kalau kata si pelaku sih, uangnya habis, cuma kita masih telusuri rekening banknya,” ucapnya.

Sebelumnya, RF dipolisikan sejumlah perempuan lanjut usia. Ia diduga telah membawa kabur uang para korban senilai miliaran rupiah.

Seorang korban, Marlina, 66, mengaku memesan paket minyak goreng senilai total Rp325 juta dari pelaku inisial R. Marlina tergiur karena pelaku menawarkan dengan harga jauh lebih murah.

“Katanya sih tidak dari distributor. Jadi, beli cash. Kita PO (pre order) dengan harga Rp135 ribu per karton. Siapa sih orang yang tidak tergiur? Normalnya kan Rp200 ribu lebih. Kalau minyak goreng (menyebut merek-red), sekitar Rp225 ribu per karton yang dua liter. Uang saya yang masuk Rp325 juta,” katanya kepada wartawan, Rabu (9/12).

Sementara itu, korban lainnya, Parsih dan rekannya, Farhan, mengaku rugi hingga Rp1,3 miliar. Mereka ialah pedagang yang memesan minyak goreng untuk konsumennya.

“Jadi, uang Farhan Rp700 juta, uang saya Rp600 juta. Farhan itu partner bisnis saya. Jadi, dia beli barang ke saya yang didapatkan dari pelaku,” ujarnya.

Seperti Marlina, Parsih tergiur karena murahnya harga yang ditawarkan pelaku. Karena hal tersebut, beberapa barang yang ia beli secara PO dari pelaku dijual kembali.

Atas kejadian ini, para korban melaporkan pelaku ke Polsek Jatiuwung dengan nomor laporan polisi LP/B/745/XI/2021 29 November 2021. Dalam laporan tersebut, pelaku seorang perempuan inisial R dilaporkan atas dugaan Pasal 378 dan/atau Pasal 372 KUHP tentang Penipuan dan Penggelapan. (RLS/J1)
