Ombudsman Siap Selidiki Dugaan Maladministrasi Penataan Toko Modern  di Temanggung

OMBUDSMAN Republik Indonesia (RI) Perwakilan Jawa Tengah menyatakan kesiapan untuk  melakukan penyelidikan terhadap dugaan maladministrasi dalam penataan toko-toko modern di Kabupaten Temanggung.

Hal itu disampaikan  Kepala Keasistenan Pemeriksaan Laporan Perwakilan Asisten Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Jawa Tengah, Sabarudin Hulu, saat diwawancarai jurnal-investigasi.com di Kantor Ombudsman Perwakilan Jawa Tengah di Jalan Siwalan No.5, Wonodri, Semarang pada Selasa (7/7).

“Ketika ada pengaduan yang masuk ke Ombudsman Perwakilan Jawa Tengah, nantinya dari tim verifikasi pelaporan akan melakukan verifikasi mengenai syarat materil dan syarat formil, ” kata Sabarudin.

Proses laporan tersebut berjalan sekitar 2 minggu, kemudian akan diberikan informasi perkembangan. Bahkan, lanjutnya,  dalam 7 hari berjalan, bisa dikonfirmasi sejauh mana hasil verifikasi yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pengusut.

Sementara itu, terkait hasil laporan yang telah diterima mengenai dugaan maladministrasi, apakah pihak Ombudsman akan melakukan tindakan penyelidikan terhadap dugaan maladministrasi tersebut?

Dalam menjawab pertanyaan itu, Sabarudin mengatakan “Terkait tindakan penyelidikan, apabila laporan ini menyangkut mengenai Pemerintah Kabupaten Kota, akan kami telaah dan telusuri terlebih dahulu dugaan maladministrasi apa yang dilaporkan pihak pelapor.”

Dia menambahkan, pada proses penyelesaian laporan di Ombudsman, pelapor harus melengkapi berbagai keketentuan. Jika  syarat formil maupun materil sudah terpenuhi dengan mengacu pada Undang-undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2008 dan Peraturan Ombudsman Nomor 26 Tahun 2017, akan dilihat apakah laporan tersebut sudah lewat 2 tahun atau belum.

Selain itu juga ditelaah apakah surat aduan sudah ditandatangani oleh pelapor atau belum. Hal lainnya yang diperiksa ialah terkait upaya-upaya apa saja yang sudah dilaporkan selama ini. Misalnya, mungkin ada hasil investigasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak pelapor.

“Berdasarkan hasil ketentuan dari kelengkapan syarat formil dan syarat materil tersebut, kami akan mengupayakan untuk menindaklanjuti  melakukan verifikasi secara mendalam mengenai dugaan maladministrasi tersebut,” pungkasnya. (Ans)
