SEMBILAN ulama dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia terpilih sebagai anggota Ahlul Halli wal Aqdi (AHWA) pada Sidang Pleno III di Gedung Serbaguna (GSG) Universitas Lampung (Unila), Kamis (23/12).
Sembilan ulama tersebut, yakni KH Dimyati Rois dengan perolehan suara 503, KH Ahmad Mustofa Bisri dengan perolehan 494 suara, KH Ma’ruf Amin dengan perolehan 458, KH Anwar Manshur dengan perolehan suara 408, TGH Turmudzi Badaruddin dengan perolehan suara 403, KH Miftachul Akhyar dengan perolehan suara 395, KH Nurul Huda Djazuli dengan perolehan suara 385, KH Ali Akbar Marbun dengan perolehan suara 309, dan KH Zainal Abidin dengan perolehan suara 272.
Untuk diketahui, 9 anggota AHWA dipilih dalam rangka untuk menunjuk Rais Aam Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) melalui musyawarah mufakat. Hal tersebut berdasarkan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (ART) Pasal 40 ayat 1 Hasil Muktamar ke-33 NU 2015 di Jombang.
Sembilan anggota AHWA tersebut diusulkan muktamirin, peserta Muktamar yang mewakili Pengurus Wilayah Nahdlatul Ulama (PWNU), Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU), dan Pengurus Cabang Istimewa Nahdlatul Ulama (PCINU).
Pada Muktamar ke-34 NU, peserta mengusulkan 9 nama kiai melalui surat yang ditandatangani ketua tanfidziyah dan rais syuriyah. Nama-nama tersebut diunggah di formulir registrasi secara daring. Dalam registrasi ulang, 9 nama tersebut juga harus dimasukkan ke kotak suara. Hal itu guna mengantisipasi adanya kerusakan sistem yang terjadi.
Dalam ART Hasil Muktamar ke-33 NU 2015 di Jombang, kriteria AHWA adalah ulama-ulama yang berakidah Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah an-Nahdliyah, bersikap adil, ‘alim, memiliki integritas moral, tawadhu’, berpengaruh, dan memiliki pengetahuan untuk memilih pemimpin yang munadzdzim (organisatoris) dan muharrik (penggerak) serta wara’ dan zuhud.
Sembilan nama yang disebut tadi ialah hasil tabulasi usulan nama-nama AHWA oleh PCNU dan PWNU se-Indonesia serta PCINU berdasarkan urutan suara terbanyak.
Seandainya ada 1 atau lebih nama yang diusulkan menjadi anggota AHWA tidak berkenan atau halangan lain, urutan nomor 10 dan seterusnya akan naik sebagai pengganti.
Selanjutnya, imbuh Prof Nuh, para anggota AHWA akan mengadakan rapat, baik secara luring maupun daring. (RLS/J1)
