OMBUDSMAN DKI Jakarta menemukan masalah di sistem pendaftaran daring pada hari pertama penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) DKI Jakarta Tahun 2021, kemarin. Salah satunya ialah terkait dengan website PPDB yang sempat lambat saat diakses.
Kepala Perwakilan Ombudsman Jakarta Raya Teguh P Nugroho mengatakan pihaknya menemukan masalah dengan server yang tidak siap ketika traffic pengguna tinggi sehingga menyulitkan orang tua murid untuk mendaftarkan anaknya.
“Sistem enggak siap. Ketika traffic penuh, orang tua berlomba masuk duluan karena urutan pendaftaran menjadi perhitungan jika kuota penuh,” ujar Teguh saat dihubungi, hari ini.
Selain itu, kata Teguh ada juga masalah keluhan dari orang tua murid terkait dengan kolom asal sekolah yang tidak kunjung muncul sehingga menghambat proses pendaftaran.
Teguh menjelaskan persoalan itu juga pernah terjadi dua tahun lalu. Menurutnya, Disdik DKI Jakarta harus segera menyiapkan mitigasi agar masalah ini bisa diantisipasi.
PPDB Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 di DKI Jakarta dimulai Senin (7/6). Semua proses PPDB 2021 dilakukan secara daring atau online.
Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan mengakui terjadi kendala dalam pendaftaran PPDB Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Anies telah menggelar rapat koordinasi bersama Dirut PT Telkom Ririek Adriansyah dan jajaran terkait.
Anies memastikan saat ini masalah sistem PPDB online sudah tertangani dengan baik. Terkait dengan kendala yang sempat terjadi kemarin, Anies menegaskan akan melakukan penyesuaian dan mengedepankan unsur keadilan, dengan memperpanjang waktu pendaftaran.
Adanya gangguan dari sistem dan tidak dapat digunakan sementara waktu maka masa pendaftaran pun akan ditambahkan. PPDB ini diperpanjang menjadi 11 Juni. Karena itu, Anies berharap tidak ada yang kehilangan kesempatan untuk melakukan pendaftaran PPDB tahun ini. (AF/J1)
