ANGKA keterisian tempat tidur isolasi dan ICU covid-19 secara nasional masih tetap terjaga meskipun kasus harian saat ini mencapai 59.384 per Sabtu (19/2), lebih tinggi dari puncak Delta 56.757 tahun lalu.
Hingga Sabtu (19/2) pukul 17.30 WIB, kapasitas tempat tidur dan ruang isolasi berada di kisaran 37%, tidak mengalami perubahan jika dibandingkan dengan Jumat (18/2). Kapasitas ini masih dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 150 ribu tempat tidur isolasi dan ICU jika diperlukan. Kondisi ini sangat jauh berbeda jika dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu.
”Meski saat ini pasien yang dirawat di rumah sakit minim penambahan, pemerintah harus terus melakukan upaya maksimal untuk menjaga ketahanan layanan kesehatan masyarakat di tengah naiknya kasus konfirmasi harian karena penyebaran varian Omicron di Indonesia,” ujar Juru Bicara Vaksinasi Covid-19 Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) dr Siti Nadia Tarmizi.
Selain layanan kesehatan, pemerintah juga memperkuat upaya testing, tracing, dan treatment untuk menekan laju penyebaran virus covid-19 yang didominasi Omicron, yang mana diketahui penularannya lebih cepat dari varian sebelumnya. Hingga Jumat (18/2), testing spesimen dilakukan sampai sejumlah 520.663. Jumlah ini naik dari hari sebelumnya, Kamis (17/2), 500.940.
”Dengan melakukan pemeriksaan spesimen ini, kita bisa turut melakukan pelacakan kontak erat atau tracing sehingga menahan laju penularan. Kami harapkan masyarakat untuk bersedia melakukan testing, terutama bagi para kontak erat, agar kita segera mengakhiri pandemi ini secara bersama-sama,” kata dr Nadia.
Pemerintah juga terus mendorong laju vaksinasi sebagai pelindung tubuh dari risiko berat hingga kritis jika terpapar covid-19. Sebagai informasi, jumlah penduduk yang divaksinasi meningkat pada Sabtu (19/2). Vaksinasi dosis 1 saat ini di posisi 91,01% dan dosis 2 67,2%. Angka ini naik dari posisi kemarin, Jumat (18/2), yakni vaksinasi dosis 1 di posisi 90,95% dan dosis 2 67,03%.
Sehubungan dengan pasien covid-19 yang bergejala ringan atau tanpa gejala (OTG), saat ini pemerintah mengimbau agar melakukan isolasi mandiri (isoman) di rumah atau isolasi terpusat (isoter). Kemenkes telah menyediakan layanan konsultasi bersama dokter secara jarak jauh melalui layanan telemedisin. Setelahnya, pasien isoman juga akan mendapatkan obat gratis yang diantarkan ke rumah.
Bagi pasien gejala ringan dan OTG yang tidak memiliki ruangan terpisah dan memadai di rumahnya untuk isoman, bisa melakukan isoter di tempat yang sudah disediakan pemerintah. Petugas puskesmas ataupun tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas di layanan isoter akan membantu penanganan pasien covid-19 dengan baik di lokasi tersebut nantinya.
Upaya penguatan lain yang terus dilakukan pemerintah untuk mempertahankan kemampuan pelayanan kesehatan tetap maksimal ialah dengan cara memenuhi kebutuhan oksigen. Sepuluh provinsi dengan penularan tertinggi sudah memiliki cadangan oksigen yang mampu bertahan lebih dari 48 jam. Selain itu, jumlah oksigen konsentrator di 10 provinsi tersebut juga mencapai 10.326 dan oksigen generator mencapai 65.
