“Pusat Pengendali Operasi (Pusdalops) BNPB menerima laporan sementara kerusakan akibat gempa ini 1 rumah rusak berat, 4 rumah rusak sedang, 6 rumah rusak ringan, serta 1 pondok pesantren rusak ringan. Selain itu, dilaporkan juga terdapat 11 kepala keluarga (KK) terdampak dan masih dalam pendataan tim kaji cepat,” kata Plt Kepala Pusat Data, Informasi, dan Komunikasi Kebencanaan BNPB Abdul Muhari
Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) mencatat pusat gempa berada di laut, tepatnya 42 km barat daya Jember dengan kedalaman 10 km. Gempa ini tidak berpotensi tsunami.
“Berdasarkan laporan di lapangan, meski masyarakat sempat panik, kondisi saat ini telah kembali kondusif. Meski demikian, BPBD masih melakukan monitoring dan siap siaga jika terjadi gempa susulan,” ujarnya. (RLS/J1)
