Gempa Bermagnitudo 7,4 Guncang NTT, 1 Warga Luka-Luka

GEMPA dengan magnitudo (M) 7,4 mengguncang wilayah Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) pada Selasa (14/12) pukul 12.20 waktu setempat atau pukul 10.20 WIB. Masyarakat di beberapa kabupaten merasakan guncangan kuat gempa tersebut. Parameter gempa berada pada 112 km barat laut Kota Larantuka, NTT, dengan kedalaman 10 km.

Pusat Pengendalian Operasi (Pusdalops) BNPB memantau kondisi pascagempa melalui Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) beberapa wilayah. Dari laporan terkini pada pukul 11.28 WIB, guncangan kuat dirasakan warga Flores Timur. Mereka panik hingga berhamburan keluar rumah. Selain di Flores Timur, guncangan kuat juga dirasakan warga Sikka, Lembata, dan Manggarai. Kondisi masyarakat di Lembata sempat panik meskipun saat ini sudah kondusif.

“Dari data dampak sementara di NTT, 1 warga mengalami luka-luka di Kabupaten Manggarai. Warga tersebut sudah mendapatkan pertolongan oleh petugas di lapangan,” ujar Plt Kepala Pusat Data, Informasi, dan Komunikasi Kebencanaan BNPB Abdul Muhari.

Guncangan gempa M7,4 dirasakan juga masyarakat di Kota Makassar dan Kabupaten Selayar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Menurut informasi BPBD Kabupaten Selayar, terdapat kerusakan gedung sekolah, tapi pihak BPBD masih melakukan pendataan di lokasi terdampak.

Sementara itu, BMKG masih mengeluarkan potensi tsunami berdasarkan pemodelan di beberapa wilayah NTT, yaitu Flores Timur, bagian Utara, Pulau Sikka, Sikka bagian utara, dan Pulau Lembata.

Adapun status peringatan ialah waspada yang merujuk pada pemerintah provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota. Wilayah yang berada pada status ini diharapkan untuk memperhatikan dan segera mengarahkan masyarakat untuk menjauhi pantai dan tepian sungai. BMKG menginformasikan estimasi tiba tsunami dengan waktu berbeda pada wilayah-wilayah tersebut.

Berdasarkan pengamatan muka air laut dari Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG), tsunami minor terdeteksi di Marapokot dan Reo dengan ketinggian 7 cm.

Berdasarkan data kegempaan pada parameter lokasi episenter dan kedalaman hiposenternya, BMKG merilis bahwa gempa yang terjadi merupakan gempa bumi dangkal akibat adanya aktivitas sesar aktif di Laut Flores. Di samping itu, hasil analisis mekanisme sumber menunjukkan bahwa gempa bumi memiliki mekanisme pergerakan geser atau strike slip.

Dilihat dari parameter lain dengan skala MMI (modified mercally intensity), BMKG merilis guncangan gempa bumi dirasakan di wilayah Ruteng, Labuan Bajo, Larantuka, Maumere, Adonara, dan Lembata III–IV MMI, sedangkan Tambolaka, Waikabubak, dan Waingapu III MMI. Gempa susulan tercatat hingga pukul 11.40 WIB menunjukkan adanya 15 aktivitas dengan maksimum M5,6. (RLS/J1)
