Eks Gubernur Riau Jadi Tersangka Kasus Korupsi Pengajuan Rancangan Anggaran Daerah

KOMISI Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melakukan penahanan terhadap tersangka perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pemberian hadiah atau janji terkait dengan pengesahan RAPBD TA 2014 dan 2015 Provinsi Riau, Rabu (30/3).

“Penetapan tersangka terhadap AM, Gubernur Riau periode 2014-2019, merupakan pengembangan dari penanganan perkara dengan terpidana Suparman dan kawan-kawan,” jelas Juru Bicara Bidang Penindakan dan Kelembagaan Ali Fikri dalam rilisnya.

Tersangka AM diduga telah memberikan sejumlah uang dan fasilitas kepada anggota DPRD Provinsi Riau periode 2009–2014 agar usulan Rancangan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) serta Prioritas dan Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Tahun 2015 dapat disetujui.

Atas perbuatannya tersebut, tersangka AM sebagai pihak pemberi disangkakan melanggar Pasal 5 ayat 1 huruf a atau b atau Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-1 KUH Pidana.

KPK selanjutnya, kata Ali, melakukan penahanan terhadap tersangka AM untuk 20 hari ke depan, terhitung sejak 30 Maret–18 April 2022 di Rutan KPK pada Kavling C1.

“Kepada setiap pihak yang dibutuhkan keterangannya dalam proses penanganan tindak pidana korupsi, dapat bekerja sama dengan baik sebagai wujud kepatuhan terhadap proses hukum secara efektif,” pinta Ali. (RLS/J1)
