Dukung Ekosistem Kendaraan Listrik, PLN Tambah 2 SPKLU di Kantor Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan

KEMENTERIAN Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) mendukung upaya PT PLN (Persero) dalam membangun ekosistem kendaraan listrik dengan mengoperasikan 2 unit Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) di Kantor Direktorat Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan, Jakarta. Peresmian pengoperasian SPKLU dilakukan pada Selasa (4/1) Direktur Pembinaan Pengusahaan Ketenagalistrikan Ida Nuryatin Finahari, Direktur Niaga dan Manajemen Pelanggan PLN Bob Saril, dan General Manager PLN UID Jakarta Doddy B Pangaribuan. Acara ini dihadiri juga Komunitas Mobil Elektrik Indonesia (Koleksi).

“Melalui kesempatan ini, kami mengapresiasi peran dan kontribusi PT PLN (Persero) atas segala upaya dan komitmennya dalam mendukung terbentuknya ekosistem KBLBB. Salah satunya dukungan bagi program penggunaan Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (KBLBB) untuk keperluan operasional dinas pemerintah melalui penyediaan infrastruktur SPKLU di kantor pemerintah,” ujar Ida.

PLN, lanjut Ida, perlu terus berkolaborasi dan berinovasi dengan berbagai stakeholder agar terjadi akselerasi implementasi KBLBB.

Dua SPKLU yang diresmikan ialah SPKLU warna biru Delta 25kW DC dan 22kW AC serta SPKLU warna hitam Phihong 30kW DC. Keduanya tergolong dalam medium charging dengan perkiraan waktu pengisian 4 jam yang cocok dipasang di perkantoran dengan waktu parkir yang cukup lama.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Bob Saril mengatakan transisi energi merupakan keharusan yang diperlukan untuk menjaga ketersediaan energi di masa mendatang dan memperbaiki neraca perdagangan dengan mengurangi biaya impor energi.

“Indonesia dalam pertemuan G20 dan COP26 mencanangkan net zero emission di 2060 sehingga diperlukan percepatan program transisi ke penggunaan energi yang lebih ramah lingkungan, khususnya transportasi melalui akselerasi penggunan kendaraan listrik,” kata Bob.

Ia mengatakan kendaraan listrik lebih ekonomis dan lebih berwawasan lingkungan jika dibandingkan dengan kendaraan yang menggunakan internal combustion engine. Bob menerangkan untuk jarak 10 km, kendaraan listrik hanya membutuhkan Rp1.100. Ini lebih murah jika dibandingkan dengan pengeluaran mobil berbahan bakar minyak sebesar Rp9.000 untuk jarak yang sama.

Selain itu, PLN juga memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan bagi pemilik kendaraan listrik.

“PLN memberikan keringanan pasang baru dan tambah daya di rumah bagi pelanggan PLN yang memiliki kendaraan listrik. Untuk tambah daya, bayarnya hanya 150 ribu, yang biasanya sampai 4,8 juta. Kita juga melakukan pemasangan home charging. Waktu pemasangan itu, tambah dayanya gratis. Selain itu, dalam pemakaian sehari-hari, diskon 30% untuk pemakaian pukul 22.00 hingga pukul 05.00,” ujar Bob.

Bob menambahkan, sebagai badan usaha yang diberi mandat menjadi pelopor dan pendorong ekosistem KBLBB melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 55 Tahun 2019 tentang Percepatan Program Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (Battery Electric Vehicle) untuk Transportasi Jalan dan berdasarkan peraturan turunannya, yaitu Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 13 Tahun 2020, PLN terus berupaya untuk memenuhi target SPKLU.

“Sebanyak 114 SPKLU di seluruh Indonesia sudah dipasang dan digunakan,” katanya.

Untuk mendukung ekosistem kendaraan listrik, PLN juga telah menyediakan fitur SPKLU yang terdapat pada aplikasi PLN Mobile. Fasilitas ini akan memudahkan pengguna kendaraan listrik dalam mengisi energi menggunakan SPKLU. (RLS/J1)
