“Sampai dengan saat ini, penyidik sudah melakukan penyitaan. Pertama, bukti transfer. Kemudian, rekap deposit dan penarikan di Binomo,” kata Kabag Penum Divisi Humas Polri Kombes Gatot Repli dalam jumpa pers secara virtual, Rabu (9/3).
“Kemudian, konten video dan YouTube dari saudara IK. Lalu, print out legalisir dari akun YouTube milik IK, 1 mobil Tesla, dan 1 handphone,” sambungnya.
Gatot mengatakan sebanyak 14 korban aplikasi Binomo telah diperiksa. Kerugian yang ditimbulkan ditaksir mencapai Rp25 miliar.
“Update yang kami terima dari penyidik adalah total kerugian dari 14 korban yang sudah dimintai keterangan sebanyak Rp25.620.605.124,” ucap Gatot.
Sebelumnya, Bareskrim Polri mewanti-wanti pihak yang menerima uang hasil kejahatan tersangka kasus dugaan investasi bodong aplikasi Binomo, Indra Kenz. Polisi menegaskan akan mengusut aliran dana yang diduga berasal dari tindak pencucian uang Indra Kenz.
“Itu kan ada namanya tindak pidana pencucian uang. Kita akan cek. Kalau pacarnya pun terima uang, kita kejar. Keluarganya punya uang, kita kejar. Itu namanya tindak pidana pencucian uang,” ujar Dirtipideksus Bareskrim Brigjen Whisnu Hermawan dalam keterangannya, Selasa (1/3).
“Pokoknya pencucian uang itu kita follow the money, uang dapat berapa? Ke mana saja? Ke pacarnya? Ke keluarganya? Sita-sita semua. Makanya dimiskinkan,” sambungnya. (RLS/J1)
