BADAN Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti) Kementerian Perdagangan (Kemdag) mempeketat pengawasan perdagangan aset kripto. Hal ini dilakukan guna memberikan kepastian hukum agar masyarakat yang akan berinvestasi, mendapatkan informasi yang jelas dan legal terhadap setiap aset kripto yang diperdagangkan.
Plt Kepala Bappebti Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana menyatakan bahwa setiap produk aset kripto harus didaftarkan ke Bappebti. Setiap jenis aset kripto yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan Bappebti tidak dapat diperdagangkan di Indonesia.
“Aset kripto baru yang akan diperdagangkan terlebih dahulu harus didaftarkan kepada Bappebti melalui Calon Pedagang Fisik Aset Kripto yang sudah terdaftar untuk dilakukan penilaian berdasarkan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Penetapan aset kripto dilakukan melalui metode penilaian Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang memiliki beberapa kriteria penilaian,” tegas Wisnu melalui keterangan resmi, Minggu (13/2).
Bappebti telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Bappebti Nomor 8 Tahun 2021. Dalam regulasi itu, disebutkan syarat aset kripto yang dapat diperdagangkan di Pasar Fisik Aset Kripto. Aset kripto yang dapat diperdagangkan di dalam negeri mengacu pada Peraturan Bappebti Nomor 7 Tahun 2020 tentang Penetapan Daftar Aset Kripto yang dapat Diperdagangkan di Pasar Fisik Aset Kripto.
Saat ini, kata Wisnu, Bappebti telah menetapkan 229 jenis aset kripto yang dapat diperdagangkan di pasar fisik aset kripto sehingga pedagangnya hanya dapat memperdagangkan jenis yang sudah ditetapkan Kepala Bappebti. Untuk itu, aset kripto yang belum terdaftar di Bappebti, tidak dapat diperdagangkan di Indonesia.
“Diharapkan masyarakat dapat berinvestasi pada koin atau jenis aset kripto yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Bappebti tersebut,” ujar Wisnu.
Terkait dengan aset kripto Indonesia buatan anak bangsa, pada prinsipnya Wisnu melihat sebagai hal positif. Sepanjang sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan yang berlaku, aset kripto buatan dalam negeri dapat diperdagangkan.
Bappebti melihat masa depan aset kripto buatan Indonesia cukup cerah. Potensi dan inovasi yang dimiliki anak bangsa serta potensi pasar di Indonesia sangat besar dan terus bertumbuh. Dalam beberapa tahun ini, beberapa aset kripto buatan anak bangsa sudah dipasarkan pada global dan ada yang sudah terdaftar dalam Peraturan Bappebti Nomor 7 Tahun 2020.
Wisnu mengimbau masyarakat memahami terlebih dahulu mekanisme dan risiko sebelum memutuskan berinvestasi aset kripto.
“Masyarakat juga harus memastikan jenis aset kripto yang secara legal telah ditetapkan Bappebti dan dipastikan diperdagangkan pada calon pedagang fisik aset kripto yang telah memiliki tanda daftar dari Bappebti,” pungkas Wisnu. (RLS/J1)
