KEJAKSAAN Agung menetapkan 2 tersangka terkait dengan kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi (tipikor) pengadaan pesawat udara PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk tahun 2011-2021.
“Tadi pagi 6 orang telah kita lakukan pemeriksaan. Dari 6 itu, kami menetapkan 2 orang jadi tersangka,” jelas Jaksa Agung Sanitiar Burhanuddin dalam keterangan pers secara virtual, Kamis (24/2).
Dalam rilisnya, Jumat (25/2), adapun kedua tersangka itu, yakni SA, Vice President Strategic Management Office 2011-2012, dan AW, Executive Project Manager 2009-2014. Mereka selaku anggota tim pengadaan pesawat Garuda Indonesia.
“Kedua tersangka ditahan di Rutan Salemba Cabang Kejaksaan Agung,” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya, tim Jaksa Penyidik pada Direktorat Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kejaksaan Agung telah melakukan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk memberikan keterangan guna kepentingan penyidikan tentang suatu perkara pidana yang ia dengar, lihat, dan alami sendiri demi menemukan fakta hukum tentang tindak pidana korupsi yang terjadi dalam Pengadaan Pesawat Udara pada PT Garuda Indonesia (persero) Tbk.
Pemeriksaan saksi dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti secara ketat protokol kesehatan antara lain dengan menerapkan 3M. (RLS/J1)
